Monica serves as the research director for the Nitrogen Optimization Pilot Program, working with producers across the state to better manage and understand nitrogen use through on-farm research. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, particularly gardening, botanizing, hunting, and fishing.
